Built around each rider’s own goals

These sessions are designed to support balance, core strength, coordination and emotional wellbeing, in a calm and responsive environment led by qualified coaches.

Each session is user-led, based on individual goals such as improvement of muscle tone and core strength, self-esteem and confidence, and social development and communication.
